The Boys & Girls Club of Portage County is kicking off its annual “It Just Takes One” Campaign to raise the necessary funds to provide our programming for youth in the communities we serve. Click the “It Just Takes One” Campaign logo to support our campaign.

It Just Takes One Campaign


This year, the Boys & Girls Club is trying to raise $160,000 for the “It Just Takes One” Campaign.


We have now raised $165,000, which is above our goal thanks to all of you who helped. But let’s  make this the best year we’ve had for the “It Just Takes One” Campaign.  Help overfill the gumball machine by donating money to the Boys & Girls Club of Portage County. Thanksgiving Banquet

Dinner is FREE


Celebrate Thanksgiving with the Boys & Girls Club family. Dinner is FREE, so bring the whole family. There will be performances by some of the kids from each club.


Donations of canned goods and money are greatly appreciated.

Kids & Santa Christmas Party

Get your picture taken with Santa at the Kids & Santa Christmas Party at SentryWorld Sports Complex located at 601 North Michigan Ave, Stevens Point. There will be games and prizes, along with a Spiderman Obstacle Course, Carmen the Caterpillar, and an inflatable Titanic slide.


Please bring one of the following if you attend:

    An unwrapped gift for the Marine Corps

    Toys for Tots

    Canned food for Operation BootStrap or the Salvation Army
