Award applicants should apply by downloading the 2009 application or receiving a hard copy from the office of Mr. Bill Davis, Director of the DCCC Municipal Police Academy.
Each applicant is asked to write an 1-2 page essay answering the question outlined on your application.
One letter of recommendation is required.
