Our Mission
Campus Crusade for Christ
We work in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains of North Carolina, trusting God to turn lost students into Christ-centered laborers. Our mission is simple: We want every student who steps onto any of the nearly 30 campuses in our scope to hear the gospel, spoken in their cultural dialect, from a friend--and have an opportunity to respond--before they graduate.
What motivates us more than anything else is seeing lives changed by the gospel, or good news that Jesus Christ offers his record in exchange for ours. We are firmly convinced that the gospel is the answer not only for eternal salvation, but also for living the Christian life.
Our heart is to not just be another Christian club on campus. We want to be a relevant, loving voice on campus to both the irreligious as well as the modern-day Pharisees (which we once were).
We work with schools such as UNC Asheville, Western Carolina University, Montreat College, Tusculum College, Brevard College, and Warren Wilson College (among others). 4 full time staff and 2 full-time moms who work part time on campus make up our team.
Since 1951, Campus Crusade staff members have sought to build movements of students intent on winning other students to Christ, building them up in their faith, and sending them out to repeat the process.
