Bellevue Christian Center is Bellevue Master’s Commission’s home church. This is absolutely an incredible place! We strongly desire to serve our pastors in whatever way we can. It doesn’t matter how big or small the need. We make ourselves available to help with the many different aspects of ministry here at BCC. Our desire is to become even more integrated within our church.
Shelter is our Jr. High School Group here at BCC. Andy Kaup is the director of Jr. High Ministries. Shelter believes that God has brought kids in their path for a short time to protect them and stress the importance of God’s unfailing love to them.
Revolution is our High School Youth Group here at BCC. Revolution has exploded in attendance with God changing kids’ lives, claiming the motto, “Love Wins.” Of June 2008, Pastor Cory Demmel took the reigns of Youth Pastor and Executive Director of Master’s Commission.
Pergo Deus is our Young Adult Group here at BCC. Herbie Thompson, the director of the Young Adult ministries, started Pergo Deus, “In pursuit of God” in 2005. Pergo has set itself apart from other “post high school” to “late twenties” and has become a model for young adult groups around the country, adopting the theme, “living the revolution.”
R5 Productions is High School assembly program that BMC partners with. R5 travels all over the country and speaks to hundreds of thousands of students every year about self medicating their pain. R5’s focus is to let teenagers dream again.
Engaged Ministries is name of BMC’s outreach ministry. The goal of this ministry is to reach the community in a relevant way, whether it be to work with the homeless, volunteer at an elementary school, help the elderly maintain their houses, or just walk around downtown and talk to people about God.
Reverent is the name of BMC’s worship team. Throughout the year they get the opportunity to do worship at retreats, camps, and outreaches all over the Midwest. They also do outreaches at several different coffee shops in Omaha Metro, throughout the year.
During the year the Creative Communications team will write and perform dramas for churches all across the Midwest. Included in Creative Communications there is a media team that writes and edits media videos that are used to enhance all aspects of ministry that BMC does.
Every year BMC has two different missions trips, one being out of the country and the other being an inner city trip. Each student will get the opportunity to choose one of the two trips that they would like to go on.
