●When you want to use the available private insurance in overseas Japan in our doctor's office, ask the doctor lists it after the mention end of patient.

Your fee will be arranged at the time of the first session. Unless otherwise

arranged,fees are payable at the end of the therapeutic hour. Only cash is

acceptable. In addition Dr.Satoh dose not accept payment form insurance

companies. It is best to find out about your benefits as they differ from person to person. I provide documentation for you so that your insurance carrier may reimburse you if you have coverage for psychotherapy. Unless special arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the end of each session.

About the use of Japanese health insurance

●As long as you are seen in my clinic ,and hope to talk with me in English, we have to charge you for 1500yen to 4500yen(time charge）as oral translation fee at every visit. And in addition, the translation fee is not covered by Japanese health insurance. Please bear in mind the importance for it. And also, please be reminded that this system is under the arrangement of "The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare".

“Working People”→3000yen(Till 30min)+

(For each 10 min we ask to charge ￥1500 JPY-yen.)

●Just for information, the Medical Care Law of Japan, most medicines (Psychotropic drug especially ) have not been permitted to prescribe for more than one month . The insurance of Japan will not adjust if you will hope for the prescription for one month or more in the future. Therefore, it will pay medical treatment at your own full expense. In addition,it will become expensive very much too.
