Letchworth State Park in New York State is really the jewel in the NYS Parks system. It is lovingly cared for by the parks staff. It is called the Grand Canyon of the East and its spectacular waterfalls, cliffs, forests and more offer the visitor a continuing feast for the eyes and senses. In my 50 years of visiting, camping, hiking, biking, photographing, I have yet to tire of it.
