Jerry Andrus passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2007 – after a battle with cancer. We had a memorial for him on Sept. 30.

Visionary illusionist, skeptic and magician, Jerry Andrus astounded the world with his illusions and special effects. At home in Oregon, which he called "The Castle of Chaos," Andrus fashions the mind boggling illusions which he exhibits all over the world. Until just before his death the world renowned magician continued to perform, invent, write and occasionally lecture on the subject of cognitive science.

Jerry went through this website and was very happy to give you this opportunity to meet and know him.

"I can fool you because you're a human," said Andrus.  "You have a wonderful human mind that works no different from my human mind. Usually when we're fooled, the mind hasn't made a mistake. It's come to the wrong conclusion for the right reason."
