The Mockingbirds are the singer/ songwriter duo of Nelson Mock and Tom Watterson

Watterson was a founding member of The Rels,  a local rock band that performed at SXSW, Austin Aquafest, and virtually every club in Austin, Texas.

Mock formerly fronted the acoustic trio, Sofie's Hat (including guitar virtuoso Julian Mock and musical guru Nari Krishnamurthy), which played at such Austin venues as Ruta Maya, Room 710, and Central Market.

Together, Mock and Watterson play original, catchy, acoustic tunes, featuring rich vocal harmonies and expressive guitar playing.
