manipulated...but FOOD turns out to be one of the most vital for him to THRiiiVE!!!

                        Basic Guidelines:


1.) Drink clean water & NOTHING else at first

5.) Avoid ALL pasteurized dairy

6.) Avoid Sugar

7.) Rotate what you do eat
