Mixing Up Memories is filled with tried and true family recipes.  The Eichers don’t claim to be gourmets, just a fun family who loves to cook and entertain. Their family gatherings tend to be lively events centered around food and throughout the book they recount some favorite memories they’ve mixed up throughout the years. 

In 2007 the family matriarch, Joan Eichers, was diagnosed with breast cancer. They’ve put this collection of recipes together to raise money for Susan G. Komen for the Cure® - Minnesota Affiliate.  Thanks to the generosity of a dear friend, more than $17 of every book sold will go directly to Susan G. Komen for the Cure® - Minnesota Affiliate.
