I work with students of all ages (children as young as 4 through adulthood) and have had 16 years of playing experience and many years of teaching experience.  I’m currently a violin major at San Francisco State University and will be finishing up my degree next year.

Private lessons include subjects such as:

- Correcting bad habits
- Posture
- Finger patterns
- Developing resonant, full tone
- Developing good technique
- Etudes
- Music Theory

After working through the basics of tone production, fingering patterns, and posture, I tailor the lessons to the individual and include pieces of interest not limited to classical, rock, pop, and country.

I’m currently teaching six days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday starting in the afternoon, and Saturday and Sunday starting in the morning).  For more information about rates or available openings, I can be reached at (415) 309-9498 or visforviolin@gmail.com
