My poor friend Kristin had her little girl 10 days late.  I had Isabella 10 days early.  I can’t imagine if that baby had been inside of me for 20 more days!  The good thing about little Gabriella coming so late is that we were able to squeeze in a maternity session.

 

This one was my first and I was a little nervous because I so didn’t want it to look like most of the other belly pics I’ve seen (you know, the ones with the woman wrapped in a sheet holding a daisy...).  I wanted these to be hip, fun, and to reflect the happiness and excitement Kristin was feeling (but not the discomfort I’m sure she was also feeling).  Any-who, I’m thrilled with this first maternity session.

 

Kristin did such a great job and was such a trooper.  Yesterday I did a newborn session for Gabriella, her new baby.  Check back in a few days to see those pics.  We love you Joe and Kristin!
