I wrote this song shortly after reading Stephen King’s, “On Writing”. A great book for anyone who is involved in any creative field, The lyrical style of the song was very much influenced by a passage in the book where King describes getting to the point and not coloring what you are trying to say with a lot of metaphors and sub references

Neverlong was recorded in the my home studio where this photo was taken. Taylor recorded a great drum track and I sang and played the rest of the tracks (Taylor is far right) The picture is of the Rhythm Ratts. Ashby, Richard Crocker, Ron Goldman, Taylor Stokes
