TEACHING SEMINARS- designed for Physical Therapists,          $795/person

     Lecture and hands-on training on real equipment.  Learn how to position and train your             

     patients/clients for optimum pain free response.  This seminar is the real deal with training 

     from real  experts, not by a slide show or handouts.  Learn how to integrate and position the

     entire body while performing stretches for all parts of the body.  Learn how to properly

     position and stabilize the entire body while performing strengthening exercises for all muscle

     groups.  This is information that you were not taught and yet are expected to somehow

     know.  Learn how to perform all movements yourself to become a more effective teacher.


     LEVEL ONE-  Overview of each part of the body beginning with the spine and moving

          through each joint.  Stretches will be taught for all major joints of the body to teach the

          client/patient how to properly place and hold each part of their body.  Core strengthening

          movements will be taught for immediate implementation to patients/clients programs. 

          Includes book and Stretching DVD for future reference.

     LEVEL TWO- Review of basic positioning requirements for spine and all joints.

          Complete exercise protocol for each body part including most common exercises found

          in most exercise regimens.  In depth, hands-on work for positioning, performance and

          spotting techniques for all exercises and stretches.  Includes 74 exercises and stretches

          supported by our second book on Weight Training and 3 DVD’s comprising almost 6 hrs.

      LEVEL THREE-  In depth work on understanding the etiology of joint dysfunction

          and how to use The Alignment Resistance Training Method to analyze the entire body

          for the proper treatment for numerous maladies and joint dysfunctions.  Review of all

          parts of Level One and Two Courses.  A Certificate of Completion will be awarded      

          certifying you to teach THE ALIGNMENT RESISTANCE TRAINING METHOD.
