I agree that Pet-Album.com will not be liable for the loss of tapes, photographs, CD’s, VHS tapes while in transit to or from Pet Album, or due to a loss incurred by an act of God, war or war-like activity. We will keep a back up copy of your movie or slide show for 30 days after return shipping.
I certify that I intend to use this Pet Album Video, VHS, CD or DVD for personal use. If I use it for commercial purposes I state that I own the copyright or have received permission to use the material. I authorize Pet Video to copy the music on my behalf, and I assume all responsibility relating to my right to reproduce the music.
Compatibility Guarantee: We guarantee that our CD’s and DVD’s meet universal standards and specifications. Our DVD-R will play in over 95% of players. If it does not play on your machine we will provide you with a VHS copy of your order upon return receipt of the DVD or CD, at no additional charge. Blue Ray discs are not available at this time.
We will notify you by email when your material is received.
Originals are returned to you.
We use the shipping address entered on original orders, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping method Federal Express Ground.
We take pride in the quality of our work. If you find the Album defective we will fix it promptly. If you are not satisfied you can return the media and we will issue a refund.
