Mailing Instructions:
Write your name on each tape. If mailing more than one tape number them to indicate which tape you want to appear on the DVD first. Specify the name of a Title Page to introduce your pet, and whether this is for a Birthday, Special Occasion or Memorial tribute.
Enclose a Music CD (if you plan to use this for personal use) if not tell us what kind of music you like: Country, Jazz, Classical or Light Rock and we will provide Royalty Free Music. See Terms & Conditions page.
Place all contents in a sealed plastic bag, and wrap with bubble wrap, or paper to protect everything.
You will receive one DVD-R (Blue Ray Not Available) fully edited with background music, 4 free transitions, and an opening title name. If you prefer to have your friends view your video on Youtube or Vimeo.com please call Customer Service.
Tapes of 60 minutes in length $50

90 minutes $75, 2 hrs. of Tape $100.
Additional Titles and/or Transitions $5 ea.
Additional copies of edited DVD’s $25 each.
Placement on Youtube or Vimeo.com

by Federal Express, DHL, Or United Parcel Service, make sure the carrier you select requires signature upon delivery (we do not recommend using US Postal service, this method is very difficult to track). Please indicate the mailing address if different from billing information.
You will receive an Email confirming the arrival of your material.
We ship orders by Federal Express Ground, flat rate $10 for up to 3 DVD’s plus the return of your original tapes.
