ARDS Foundation attended the American Thoracic Society’s International Conference which was held in Toronto.  Saturday, May, 17, 2008, Eileen & Paula were joined ARDS Survivor Dee and her friend, COPD patient, Sue, and ARDS Survivor, Phil.  Later, Pastor Ian Robb joined them.  Pastor Ian was a patient speaker at a session addressing transplant and Dee was a patient speaker at ATS-PAR’s Pulmonary Rehabilitation Session.  Dr. Margaret Herridge, University of Toronto, received the PAR Excellence Award.  Grace Anne Koppel spoke regarding her battle with COPD.
