Gunn's Wood, Lairg

The above photo was taken on my walk at Gunn’s Wood this afternoon and shows the view across Lairg to Little Loch Shin. Earlier in the day we had a walk at Carbisdale where I released a book.

We had Sunday lunch at the Achness Hotel which is now under new management and had been smartened up since our last visit. The meal was excellent and we plan to go there again sometime.
