An Irish-style dry stout from 3F, Munster Indiana. Curious seasonal beer from the ‘Floyds. Dry indeed, with a sharp bite from the black malts. Faint sweetness, a hint of caramel, but all in all, the malt is relatively thin and crisp. Bitter hops aren’t obvious, but nonetheless do the job of balancing the beer. Aroma hops are distinctly Three Floyds. Good brew.
