Capital is known for excellence in lager making.  It takes finely honed skill to pull off a quality lager: the flavors are more exposed than they would be if an ale yeast were used, the final product takes longer and develops more fully.  Lagering is an art.  And Capital’s Oktoberfest is a fine example of brew artistry.  Clean flavors, malty texture, balanced hop bitterness and flavors..... well done.
