An Imperial India Pale Ale from Goose Island, Chicago.

A superb take on this style of beer.  Excessive amounts of hops are used, and yet, this magnificent beer remains in balance.  Big, sweet malty body, sharp hop bite at the top, cascading flavors link the bitterness all the way through to the aroma, and a lasting, billowing aromatic follow-through.  Simply fantastic.  made with Tettnang, Simcoe and Cascade hops.

9.0%abv, IBU's=90, serve at 45°F
