Goose Island IPA

A British-style IPA from Goose Island, Chicago.  Our local craft brewer whips up one hell of an India Pale Ale.  Unlike many other American IPA brewers that pack their beers with cascade, Goose sticks with classic British hops in their brew, lending an authenticity and nobility to their offering.....This beer is a dark straw colored, with excellent lacing from the fluffy off-white head.  Wonderfully floral scented.  The first sip tweaks the tongue with slightly sharp bitterness, leading to a medium malty middle and ends with a flowery hoppy aroma.  Great IPA.

5.9%abv, IBU's=58, serve at 40-45°F
