A Berliner-style weisse from Dogfish Head Brewing, Delaware. 

Take a traditionally very dry and acidic Berliner weisse and ferment it with fresh peaches and you’ve got Dogfish’s summer quencher.  Lightly hopped, fruity-sweet, with a tart dryness.  Cool beer.

4.5%abv, 12 IBU,  serve at 45-50°F
