7:00-7:10 pm - President David Bailie: Welcome!

7:10-7:30 pm - Q & A period; Prepare your questions on any technical or creative topic of interest.

7:30-9:15 pm - Main presentations with a 10-15 minute coffee break in the middle

9:15-9:30 pm - Draw for raffle-prizes
