Angela, Ang, Paste, Aunt Angela, and, for a select pre-approved few, Angie

Yup, that’s my name. And listed along the side there are just a few of my favorite things (no, not like the song), of the top of my head as I was filling this out.

I am off to see the world. If you’ve found this, I must have met you somewhere along the way. Thanks for checking this out. My plan is to really experience other cultures, not just visit. I hope to work my way around the world, stretching every dollar (and euro, and kroner, and yen, and zaire, and.....). You get the point. So, if you have any ideas, tips or suggestions on where to stay, where to find work, or maybe an address of a relative or friend in say, Lapland, please pass it along. I would love to stay there and help them to......... do whatever it is that Laplanders do.

My current plans include working for room and board at a bed and breakfast in Ireland, picking grapes in France, teaching English in South Korea, and, if I can make it that far, sheering sheep in New Zealand. I’m up for just about anything, so any advice is welcomed.

I’m spending the summer getting organized. Oh, and getting a passport. I’ve been wrapping up loose ends, learning how to use my camera, and even creating my first website so y’all can live vicariously through me. Check the travel blog for all the news. See you around.....the world!          Ang
