Human Resource Development (HRD)
Assist districts in the planning and implementation of a comprehensive system of personnel development necessary to the education of children and youth who are exceptional and/or have unique needs based on locally assessed needs and established priorities.
 
FDLRS/PAEC supports high-quality professional development opportunities aligned with the FLorida Professional Development System Evaluation Protocol.  The Protocol standards for planning, delivery, follow-up and evaluation are incorporated into all of our training events.  In our continuing efforts to support highly-qualified teachers and increased academic achievement for all students, FDLRS/PAEC strives to deliver:

  4. Technical support for our programs
  5. Timely posting of  in-service data on ePDC

  7. Participants in FDLRS/PAEC professional development opportunities agree to:
  8. Attend all sessions for the professional development event
  9. Participate in implementation and follow-up activities
  10. Provide classroom data, if requested (without student identifiers)
  11. Complete all professional development requirements prior to award of in-service points
  12.
