Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") govern the Armor Roofing and Restoration website as well as all printed materials published for or by Armor Roofing and Restoration. The Armor Roofing website is a joint loyalty program brought to you by its owners and Armor Roofing and Restoration LLC. (collectively "we," "us," "our," "ours"). Purchase or use of any website materials, memberships, products as well as any verbal or written contract between Armor Roofing and you ("Membership") at any time subjects the purchaser or user ("you," "your," "yours," "Member") to the provisions of this Agreement.

All images located on this website are copyrighted by their owner. Images not owned by us, are used by permission from our manufacturers and vendors and are used to represent their products. Please do not steal these images from our site or use them without permission.

1. COUPON/DISCOUNT CONDITIONS.

(a)Coupons must be presented at time of inspection before bid or estimate is presented. Coupons not attached to contract at time of signing will not apply. Invalid, verbal, expired or lost coupons will not apply. Unless otherwise stated, no coupon or discount is available for current or previous customers in any way. Armor Roofing will not reimburse customer retroactively for purchases made. Coupons and discounts have no cash value. Coupons cannot apply to Emergency Repairs, late payments and finance charges. For Members discounts or other benefits to apply to their account or invoices, Membership must be active and in good standing at time of purchase. Membership purchased after contract is signed or invoiced will not have discount applied retroactively. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time. (b)Membership discounts are only available for Inspections and Certifications. Not valid at any time on gift cards and membership fees (new or renewal).
(c)Discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with any other coupon or discount, unless approved in writing by Armor Roofing’s manager.
(d)Membership is non-transferable and applies only per person, not group, association, family or company.

2. CUSTOMER INFORMATION CHANGES.

We expect all customers to maintain current and accurate information in connection to their open account, invoice or job. This includes all name, address, email address and telephone number changes. You can update your information by: (i) calling (209)525-9773 directly and speaking with a customer service representative, or (ii) sending a letter to Armor Roofing at 1337 Lone Palm Avenue, Modesto, Ca 95351, or (iii) emailing us at knightlycare@armorroofing.net or annemarie@armorroofing.net. We cannot assume any liability for correspondence, mail or e-mail, that is lost, delayed or misdirected. This includes billing addresses that are not mentioned on contract at time of signing. If billing is delayed, lost or misdirected to you because of improper information, late fees and finance charges will still be applied to your account.

3. CANCELLATION; TERMINATION.

(a) You have the right to cancel your contract or membership at any time. If you choose to do so, please send us a written cancellation request within three (3) working days. You can do so by sending your cancellation request to: (i) sending a letter to Armor Roofing at 1337 Lone Palm Avenue, Modesto, Ca 95351, or (ii) emailing us at knightlycare@armorroofing.net or annemarie@armorroofing.net.

(b) We may terminate your Membership, including any associated accounts, without notice, for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that continued use of such Membership would violate any provisions of this Agreement, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event of any such termination, you will be entitled to a pro rata refund of your Membership fee.

(c) We may terminate any or all of the benefits available under Armor Roofing at any time with or without notice. In the event of our termination of this program, at our election we will either maintain your Membership benefits until expiration of the Membership current term or refund each Member a pro rata portion of the Membership fee for the remaining portion of the current Membership term.

4. MEMBER PRIVACY POLICY.

For no reason, do well sell your information to other companies.

We do reserve the right to photograph our job sites, roofing materials used and finished projects for instructional and marketing reasons. Armor Roofing also provides a referral list to prospective customers to show locations of job specific roofing projects. This list only includes roofing project (i.e. restoration, 30 year Composition-Tamko, IB Roof System) and the address. No other information is given such as name, phone number, email, contract price or other details. If you wish to not be listed on our Referral List, please let us know!

5. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT.

We may change the terms of this Agreement at any time.

6.CONTRACTS

These terms and conditions do not amend or cancel the Terms and Conditions listed on the back of our General Contract for roofing. Please see contract for all terms and conditions.
