This beautiful 580 sq. ft. apartment overlooks the beach of Trestraou. It is located in a nice building in the Perros-Guirec resort, in Brittany. A quaint little foot-path leads you to the beach in 5 minutes. There is also a parking lot.
If you take a five-minute walk to the city center, you'll find all kinds of stores – supermarkets, organic stores, leisure stores and restaurants. If you walk the other way, you are on the most beautiful beach of Perros-Guirec.
The apartement has an access from ground floor, and also has a convenient elevator if you come from the garages level. There is wooden flooring everywhere except in the bathroom and the kitchen where it is tiled. (No allergies.)
Living-room: there is a bay-window the whole width of the room, which makes the apartment really bright and sunny. The window overlooks the superb beach of Trestraou and makes it really cheery. It has a large 2-people sofa bed, a round 4-people dining room table and chairs. It also has two 3-drawer dressers, a color TV with a remote control and a DVD/CD player, board games, 4 larger chairs and 3 coffee tables of different sizes.
The porch/balcony has tiles on the floor. There is also an outdoor table set.
The bedroom has 2 single beds that can make a large 2-people bed, 2 bed tables, and a mirror, an ironing-board and an iron and a screen.
The kitchen is fully appointed with a small oven and a hood, a microwave oven, a small dishwasher, a fridge with a 17-liter freezer, a stove (3 electric and one gas). lots of shelves and storing space.
The bathroom has a big tub, a sink, a washer and lots of shelves. The toilets are apart. The entrance way has a ceiling-high closet for your clothes, a big vacuum-cleaner, a clothe-hanger, blankets and pillows. Sheets and towels can be rented if you do not want to bring your own. They have to be handed back cleaned and pressed.
There is a possibility to have a private locking GARAGE.
The apartement is not babyproof. Please bring your safety devices with you.
