chelsy usher and i are at it again, this time we’re selecting our “pic of the week” to send to one another (every sunday for a year).  perhaps, we’ll add sound, which will be a reaction to each others images, descriptive, poetic, emotive, clinical, perhaps even a little non-sense...

images will be projected as a looped video, chelsy’s on one side, mine on the other (similar to our diptychs from yours & mine) and they’ll scroll through perhaps with a looped sound track of our reactions to each others work.  an homage of sorts to the human chatter that takes place daily on our cellphones.  the images, unrelated, perhaps difficult to discern at times, will catalog both the artistic “bests” while balancing between the “public and private” of two women’s lives.  the project will continue until the end of 2008, at which time the video will be completed.  until then visit us each week as we post new images for the project.
