You the consignor, are the reseller of your product and assume the responsibility of checking your items for safety and recall before submitting for sale.
MOST DANGEROUS RECALLED PRODUCTS:
The Consumer Product Safety Commission has launched a drive to prevent used goods that have been recalled from being resold. Among thousands of recalled products on the market, the federal agency has identified 11 that it considers very dangerous for children:

Details and information about the new law and other product recalls:
Read below and proceed to registration:
 
1.     150 item max per seller for kids items.  Bundled items sold together
        with one tag is 1 items.(Pick your best and package and price to sell!)
2.     No more than 30 items per seller per gender for sizes 0-24 months.  
        (pick your best items)
3.     15 pairs of shoes per consignor.
4.     Failure to fulfill a volunteer commitment will reduce that seller’s base
        earnings to 65%.
5.     Computer Games operating systems of WIN 98 or newer.
6.     No Stuffed Animals, Boxers, Underwear or Plastic Nipples.
7.     Car seats can not be more than 5 years old, must include owners manual,
        must never have been in an accident (with or without a child in it),
        owned by only the seller and checked and retrofitted for any recalls.  You
        may access recall info at CARSEAT.ORG  
8.     All VHS and DVD’s should be in sleeves/covers.  VHS tapes should be
        priced no more than $2.00.
9.    If you are donating your unsold items, please consider letting them go
