We will be accepting new and gently used furnishings and accessories. To be presentable for sale, items must be clean, dust free, sturdy, and in good condition, with no major stains, tears or musty odors. *Please email us a picture of your item before loading it if you have a question concerning our guidelines and whether your item will be accepted.
The price you ask and can expect to receive for your items depends on their condition. Spruce them up before you consign. Wax wood with polish, tighten bolts or touch up with paint to make a good first impression. Refinishing is NEVER advised for actual antiques as they lose value.
When pricing your items, our suggestion is to consign them for 30% to 50% of the original price, depending on the age and condition of the item.
The price you ask for an item is non-negotiable. The only change to this rule is on the last day of the sale, Saturday. As a consignor, you determine whether a piece will be discounted to 50% OFF. Your earnings will be calculated on the final selling price.
All consignors will be paid 70% of the selling price.
Please bring help to lift and bring items in as we cannot guarantee staff on hand to assist with heavy merchandise.

Just about anything that makes a house a home. BUT, remember this is not a yard sale... We will sell new and gently used IN STYLE items.
We will do our best to take good care of your consigned items, but in the event of theft or loss for any reason, I Consign Mine, llc and it's owners can not be held responsible.
