We started out at the main observation deck, but the bears weren’t visible as the bears were at the other side. It took us about five minutes to walk over to the other deck. We saw the bears from a much closer view from the second deck. They seemed about eight feet away.

All of the bears were pacing up and down except for Ursula. We think that the bears were looking for food because they were near the building were they get their food.
Some of the things that we noticed about the bears is they moved around a lot. After about 20 minutes, Gus got tired of pacing and rested. When Gus rested he laid down and sat down but didn’t sleep.Mimi and Gus played a little , but when Gus got too playful Mimi snapped at him. There was no general aggressive behavior.s
