Rejoice Academy went to the Museum of Life and Science on September 14, 2007.   Our group studied black bears.  Our project was to observe the black bear’s behavior.  They walked and climbed on the fallen tree.  They also groomed themselves and they went to the water to drink.  One of the bears took a swim in the water to cool off.  One of the bears kept pacing back and forth on the edge of the water.  The black bears seemed to be happy in their environment.
