Essentially we buy the houses that no one else wants.... Meet 27 Trask Street.....  The ceilings were actually so low that some people at the open house walked in and then walked out. It smelled of cats and pineapple air freshener... a delightful combo if you cant picture it. Pink was the chosen color and the entire house was wall to wall rugs or linoleum.

The plan: To take this two family and turn it back into the 1790 single family farmhouse that it should be.
