I have started a discipleship group with four teenage guys.  Their names are Saul, Miguel, Javier, and Luis.  All four are active in the church and are growing Christians.  I feel they have a lot of leadership potential.  

 

 

We will also be spending a good amount of time in prayer and accountability.  Accountability is very often overlooked in the church here.  Most people have difficulties sharing their struggles with each other because of fear (fear of gossip, condemnation, shame).  I really hope that this will be a time when the guys can lose that fear and be vulnerable with each other.

 

So please pray for this group that I have begun.  Pray that the guys will be committed to learning and growing in the Lord.  Pray that we will all be open and vulnerable with each other.  Also, pray that God will give me the wisdom and love that is needed to lead them well.
