The past few years have been such schmitt. But seriously this month and a half has really tested my patience. Lupus? Mono? Melanoma? High ANA? High Cholesterol? Anemia? B12 Deficiency? Biopsies? Protein in the urine and oh so much more. Khy and I have had our fair share of medical scares the past 3 months.
So, as medical riddles go, I am still in the process, and have several different medical specialties that I now will be evaluated by. More MRI’s and various other tests will be in my near future, but let me pray that we will at least be able to do something about the results and get me feeling better, and SOON.
The primary issue I am having lately is almost daily headaches and low blood pressure. The pain is something I cope with as well. I hardly ever take pain meds because they make me throw up, itch, and give me insomnia.
I have hope that changing a few things will at least give me some releif from the medical routine-ness of my life. I got a Dahn Yoga DVD for people with MS that was recommended by my sister (Hi Miss!) and today I purchased a Fluidity Ballet Barre, which I am very excited about. Whether it works out for me or not, I know Lilli will get use out of it for the years of ballet training to come.
It has been 6 weeks of Biopsies, blood and urine tests and phone calls from physicians. And I say...Schm-Boring!
