Can you believe it?! I barely can! Our sweet baby girl turns one tomorrow! What a year it has been. Full of trials and so many blessings. We are so thankful that the Lord has done such an amazing work in the life of our little Adeline! Look at those big brown eyes! Aren’t they beautiful?!:) Overall, she is doing so well. She is crawling and pulling up now, and like most one year olds-- into EVERYTHING! She also has quite a sassy little attitude. Kind of fun to see after so many months of only seeing a sleepy, sick baby. She still struggles with “eating” issues but we continue to make baby steps.:)
Thanks to our VERY talented friend, Michele, we were able to get some wonderful one year pics of our princess. You have to see them. ADORABLE!
We also have had a fun month as a family including a backyard campout, lots of swimming, a few little daytrips, ballet camp for Ella, and of course a highlight... Adeline’s birthday party! Click here to see some fun photos.:)
On a different note, I would ask all of you to pray for my Mom, Bonnie. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer and will be having surgery tomorrow, followed in a few weeks by intense chemotherapy. We have already seen the Lord work in this situation in so many ways but we know this will be a difficult journey.
We hope you all are enjoying these long summer days. We certainly are. :)
