For other debaters who are avid readers of Victory Briefs Daily - the premier online resource for the national debate community - I have created an iGoogle & Gmail Gadget for VBD debate news and videos.
Features:
When you view iGoogle or open your Gmail, you can instantly see the latest blog posts from VBD. Using the three-button tab bar, you can also view filmed debate rounds available on Vimeo, complete with inline video and descriptions (NEW). Finally, VBD’s Twitter updates are in the last tab. NEW: Now with improved loading speed and IE compatibility.

Note: The gadget requires Gmail Labs.

1. In Gmail, go to Settings and then to the Labs tab. Find the "Add any gadget by URL" Lab near the bottom and enable it. Press Save Changes.

2. Click on the Gadgets tab, which should now appear in Settings. Paste the following URL into the “Add a gadget by its URL” field. Finally, press Add and scroll down to see it in the Gmail sidebar.
