Artist Carole Wellen’s piece, “Checkerboard Fantasy” was selected for the Molded Earth Exhibit at the The Target Gallery, the national exhibition space of the Torpedo Factory Art Center.

Molded Earth is a media specific juried exhibition focusing on the current trends in contemporary ceramics. The Torpedo Factory Art Center located in Alexandria, Virginia is one of the largest and most successful visual arts centers in the U.S.
