New Mac

So I sold the old MacBook and upgraded to a MacBook Pro. It may be the entry model, but this is still one sick machine, especially with the discrete graphics card. I was playing with some fluid dynamics and soft body physics with Blender, and the live preview was actually that... LIVE! Rendering was almost done before I even started. I haven’t testing any compiling yet, but I’m excited at the prospect.
Along with a new computer, I needed to update software, so I picked up a copy of RapidWeaver and I’ve been playing around with it. I’m pleased with how straightforward the application works. There are a lot of features available to you, but in general RapidWeaver manages to stay out of your way and simply let you do what it is that you do best. I’ve got some other software as well, but I haven’t had enough time to play around with all of it.
