How do we implement innovative and exciting programs in our schools?

Innovations start with ideas and teachers are constantly coming up with ideas of how to do things better.  Unfortunately most of the ideas that we have require additional resources and support.  In many cases the lack of time, money and expertise makes the task of putting together an innovative program daunting to say the least.  This abundance of ideas and lack of resources are the ingredients for frustration.  Fortunately there are many opportunities to secure these resources through grant writing.
