Our home rents for $2400 per week from December 15th - April 15th. It rents for $1900 per week the remainder of the year with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. The island of St. Croix charges a 8% visitor tax, that must be included in your cost. Booking is quite simple, 50% is due 60 days prior to renting and the balance is due within 30 days of your arrival. A $250 security deposit is required to hold your reservation, but will be refunded within two weeks if nothing is missing and there is no unusual damage to the home or contents.
