From 2006 - 2008, I used Good Measure Meals to help me meet my weight loss and fitness goals.  While using Good Measure Meals, I lost over 50 lbs decreased my body mass index and total body fat, increased my muscle mass and normalized my blood pressure and cholesterol--all through exercise and use of the Good Measure Meals plan! Before starting the program, I could hardly run a mile.  Now I’m an avid runner, completing 40-50 miles per week.  At the end of September 2008, I completed my first full marathon in Berlin!  I can’t begin to describe how Good Measures has changed my life.  I’m now healthy, have more energy, and actually enjoy exercising! 


Even though I stopped using the meals, I remain indebted to GMM for the incredible changes in my life.  I detailed my experience which I have left in the Weight Loss section of my blog.


As my interest in running has reached the fanatic level, I have posted Race Reports that highlight not only races in which I’ve participated, but also describe the challenges that one faces when running transforms from a hobby to a passion.
