4.24.08  The Coachella gang had blossomed to fourteen souls.  Drawn by the lure of sunshine, great tunes, and the healing power of the Casa, we never leave disappointed.

On a side mission, Team Warsaw returned to Joshua Tree for a surreal trip through the Mojave.  It still feels like some Super Mario version of a desert, with odd vegetation and absurdly large boulders.  They really ought to film science fiction there.

Were it not for the snakes, mountain lions, tarantulas, scorpions, razor-like vegetation, face-melting UV radiation, powder-keg wildfire conditions and nonexistence of potable water, I’d consider camping there someday.
My ride was fueled
by angel blood and
shattered dreams
Sadly, the Casa was unavailable this year, so we got another one.
