Admission & Enrollment Procedures
The following admissions and enrollment procedures apply to all new applicants at AELC. If you have any questions about the A&E procedures, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Before your child is accepted to AELC:
1. Parent or guardian makes an appointment and signs consent for screening form.
2. Family comes for screening session, facility tour and child interaction observation (approx. 1 hour).
3. AELC calls family within 48 hours to share acceptance decision.
After your child is accepted to AELC:
1. There is a half hour enrollment session.
2. Bring, 30.00 registration fee, child’s current (within last 12 months) physical form w/ recent lead & TB results & shot record, Child’s birth certificate & social security number, child’s Doctor’s & Dentist’s names, parents’ work information & Monthly household income.
3. Fill out and sign registration forms.
4. Read parent handbook and sign parent agreement.
