I mean, they did sign a waiver.

Many will remember the human hamster ball race between Fools during the Purdue After Dark Tailgate Party on October 20th of last year.

SOG was awesome enough to have recorded this event with his camera, and video featuring Tripod, Cowboy, Benji, T-Rex, Stu, and Myself was uploaded to YeTube, where has more hits than Foolish Satisfaction.

Taking the most direct route to Cowboy’s YouTube account I know, I noticed another video, which appears on this site, advertising the human hamster balls.

For those of you too lazy to watch the whole thing, shows the SoF clip in its entirety with some other clips as well.

I’m not sure how everyone feels about this. On one hand its awesome that more people will be seeing what I’ll call “casual improv” from the SoF. On the other hand this is somewhat of a bummer that the SoF gets not credit for the situation. I guess YouTube is more or less public domain, its just really tactless on their part to just rip the footage by advertising.

Opinions?
