Salih was the most experienced of the four crew members.  He could have captained his own boat ages ago, but apparently his great passion is to cook.  He remained essential above deck to lend the key bit of help when it was needed, but he was at his happiest in the kitchen - and we caught one of his rare smiles with another of his wonderful dinners arrayed around him.
