Service Please email me with any questions, concerns or requests. My working hours are Monday - Thursday 9am-2pm eastern time. I respond to all emails within 48 hours, usually much sooner then that(not including weekends). I am usually available at other times during the day and weekend for. All in-stock orders are shipped Monday thru Friday within 2 days of payment. Custom orders are shipped within 10 working days unless otherwise noted or discussed. We make every effort to offer quality items and deliver them in a timely manner. Please know all items are handmade and slight variations are to be expected. Please note, we are a WAHM Shop (Work-At-Home-Moms) and attending to our families comes first. We will keep all our customers updated if we are unable to meet any shipping dates. All payments must be made within 24 hours or the item(s) will be returned to stock. Shipping We include delivery confirmation free of charge.
We highly recommend insurance, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Insurance is $1.30 for up to $50 and $2.20 for up to $100. We will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment Monday through Friday only. A note about how we ship our products. We may reuse shipping supplies such as bubble wrap, foam pellets and boxes to shave on costs, but more importantly to recycle! Your products are always new and in new containers and packaging. Returns/Refunds We cannot accept returns for any Essential Elemental Bath & Body purchases. To discuss a possible return, exchange or store credit for our other items, please email us. We will only accept a return if the customer has contacted us and has received a return number. We do not refund shipping costs or pay shipping for items being returned. Refunds are only issued if an item is found to be defective after it has been sent back within 30 days. After 30 days, store credit or exchanges are issued for returns on items that are in new, unwashed and re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse service.
