On July 26, 2006, Matt, Stella and I packed our bags and flew to Belgium to begin a year of adventures! It was grâce à Matt’s job transfer that we ended up in Brussels.
That year quickly became three and we were loving every minute of what Europe has to offer and taking advantage of living like tourists in our new “adopted” country.
On July 1, 2009, we found ourselves saying misty goodbyes to all the fabulous friends we’ve met over the years and heading back to Minneapolis. So much richer for the experiences we had and overflowing with great memories.
Now, we’re embarking on a different kind of adventure. Re-assimilating into U.S. culture and getting the chance to re-discover MInneapolis! It should be a fun ride!
