You can move through course work, discipleship and biblical counseling and obtain a certificate of completion through ADAPT international’s Online Discipleship Training Program.

ADAPT’s Online Discipleship Training uses podcasts to broadcast lectures, audio books and digital books to encourage critical thinking and build in-depth understanding of bible doctrine. The training and inductive bible study homework is intensive and because of this, Pastor Thomas and ADAPT coaches make themselves available to you through Skype video conferencing, email, and instant messenging to answer any questions you may have during the course.

Each course is custom designed to meet your personal level of commitment and time. You will be teamed with an ADAPT coach - a second year ADAPT graduate who has successfully completed the Highly Intensive Discipleship (HIS) intern program with ADAPT.

You will have weekly scheduled one on one time with your coach and with Pastor Thomas through Skype or Yahoo. The audio training is done through podcasts or, if podcasts are unavailable at your location, the training CDs can be mailed to your home.

You will take two 10 to 21 day field training trips to international destinations within the course year with ADAPT staff. Pastor Thomas Quirk will lead the trips and teach two to four hour sessions on six days of each training week.
